Request Data Erasure
Your right to be forgotten under UK GDPR.
What is the right to erasure?
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), you have the right to request that we delete the personal data we hold about you. This is sometimes called the "right to be forgotten".
This right applies in circumstances such as when the data is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected, when you withdraw consent (where consent was the legal basis for processing), or when you object to the processing and we have no overriding legitimate grounds to continue.
We take your data rights seriously. Upon receiving a valid erasure request, we will confirm receipt promptly and complete the erasure within 30 days.
Get in touch with us directly.
To request the erasure of your personal data, please contact us using any of the methods below. Please include your full name and the email address or phone number you used when contacting us, so we can locate your records accurately.

What happens after you request erasure?
We will acknowledge your request as soon as possible and complete the erasure of your personal data within 30 days. If your request is particularly complex or involves a high volume of records, we may extend this by a further two months - if so, we will let you know within the first 30 days and explain why.
Once erasure is complete, we will send you a confirmation. We will delete your name, contact details, and any other personal data held on our systems that is subject to your request.
Exceptions to erasure
In some circumstances, we may be unable to erase all data immediately. This applies where we have a legal obligation to retain certain records. For example:
- Financial and invoicing records must be retained for 7 years under HMRC requirements. We will erase your personal details from these records where possible and retain only the minimum information required by law.
- Where data is required in connection with an ongoing legal claim or complaint, we may need to retain it until the matter is resolved.
We will always explain clearly if any data cannot be immediately erased and give a timeframe for when it will be deleted.
Further rights and complaints
Erasure is just one of your rights under UK GDPR. You also have the right to access your data, correct inaccuracies, and restrict or object to processing. For a full overview, please see our Privacy Policy.
If you are not satisfied with our response to your erasure request, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). You can do this at ico.org.uk or by calling the ICO helpline on 0303 123 1113.
